Edwin Lou Javius is an advocate of educational equity, motivated by a longstanding desire to narrow the racial achievement gap. An adept educator and administrator, he is known for his ability to put educational theory into practice. He is also the founder, president, and CEO of EDEquity Inc., one of the nation's most sought-after educational consultant firms. After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, he received his masters from Fresno Pacific University and took up urban leadership at the University of Southern California.
